Return Your Order
You can return your items within 10 working days (for Singapore, Malaysia & Vietnam) and 20 working days (for International orders) from the day you received them.

To qualify for a return, make sure your items are purchased directly from our official website or instagram page to be eligible for returns.

Upon receipt, we will inspect your items and process returns as store credits which you will receive within 5-10 working days. You will be notified via email once the process is completed.

Store Credits, On Your Terms
All issued store credits will be valid for 12 months—but if you need more time, just let us know. We’re happy to extend it. There’s no pressure to spend your credits right away—use them only when you find something you truly love.

Condition of Returned Items
Please return all items in the original state, complete with original tags, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please use all the original packing box and bags to pack your return items. Only Items purchased exclusively from www.ediths.moda are eligible for returns. We inspect all returned items.

You have the option to return your items by mail or by dropping them off in-person at our Fulfillment Hub located in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale Items
- Items bought from our pop-up events
- Customized or special request items
- Orders placed using promotional codes (excluding the 'FIRST10' discount and birthday discount)
- Purchases made using store credits (excluding gift cards)

Return Fees, Duties & Taxes
All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by customer.

**Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as Working Days.
How do I initiate a Return?
To initiate a return with Edith's, you can follow these straightforward steps:

1. Contact Us: Access our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Start by clicking HERE.

2. Complete the Form: Fill out our Returns & Exchanges Contact Form with the necessary details to help us process your request efficiently. Failure to follow instructions might led to delays in processing your request.

3. Wait for Approval: Once your request has been approved, we will sent you an email with the follow up instructions and the address for the return. The approval process typically takes 1-2 days to be completed.

4. Pack Your Items: Ensure the item is in its original condition, with tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and pack it securely.

5. Ship It Back: Send the item to the address we provide. Remember, the cost of the return shipping is your responsibility.

6. Notification: Once we received your item, we'll inspect it and notify you about the status of your return or exchange.

3. Wait for Approval: Once your request has been approved, we will sent you an email with the follow up instructions and the address for the return. The approval process typically takes 1-2 days to be completed.

4. Make A Choice: Now you have to decide on 1 of the 2 pathway for the exchange. The Longer Route or the Shorter Route to receive your item?
-----Longer Route: We will ship out your new item AFTER we have received, inspect and accept the item that you have return for exchange.
-----Shorter Route: If you are in the hurry, you may choose to re-purchase your item from our online store while waiting for your intended exchanged item to be shipped back to us, received, processed and finally refunded via PayNow.

4. Pack Your Items: Ensure the item is in its original condition, with tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and pack it securely.

5. Ship It Back: Send the item to the address we provide. Remember, the cost of the return shipping is your responsibility.

Handcrafted Orders
Handcraft Orders Are Made Just for You:
When you choose Handcraft, you’re not buying from shelf stock — you’re commissioning a one-off piece, crafted from the ground up by a single tailor. Each garment is individually cut, sewn, and finished with care. These are not mass-manufactured restocks. They are personal, intentional creations — with a quiet touch of exclusivity.
Why This Matters:
We do not produce more than needed. Every handcraft order is a response to real demand— not guesswork. This practice allows us to produce ethically, reduce waste, and stay true to our commitment to thoughtful, human-made fashion. We believe in responsible and conscious buying — choosing with intention, not impulse. We ask that customers place their orders with the same care and intention we put into making them.
Exchanges Are Welcome — Within Reason:
Exchanges are welcome (with a flat fee of SGD20 per item)— but only for available, ready-made pieces. We do not offer exchanges for:
- Another handcrafted size
- Another made-to-order design
- A second commissioned piece
We also do not offer alterations on Handcraft orders. These pieces are made-to-order in our standard sizes based on existing designs. They are not part of our Tailored-to-Fit service, which offers personalized measurements and adjustment.

Returns Are Possible — With a Tailoring Fee
If you must return a Handcraft item, a flat fee of SGD40 tailoring fee per item will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover a small part of the real cost of production — including labour, time, and natural materials that are consciously sourced and never wasted.

We created this policy not to discourage you — but to uphold the integrity of what real sustainability and ethical fashion should be. When you buy consciously, you make space for a better kind of fashion: one that respect time, craftsmanship, and the natural resources of our planet. Every handcrafted piece is made using carefully sourced materials, and we refuse to waste them on garments that may never be worn. Your considered purchase helps ensure that no fabric, no effort, and no artistry is ever taken for granted.
